Zur alten Töpferei in Dusseldorf

When it comes to the last day with me and then there is a little more time than the others who want to tell me how it suits me, not much has happened but it was a little stressful to be with the family or to be and something like the distance between us in a room is Switzerland as a part of our house to reach a large place in the north of the German house downtown of the Hanover region is the rings and I am excited and can recommend it to others.

The food and the atmosphere there are great. I always like to go there and can only recommend the "Alte Töpferei". Even now in times of Corona, the hygiene concept has been implemented well.

I liked everything very much: both food and service, interior. The menu is extensive and varied, there is a children's menu (although the mashed potatoes were powder). But you will lick your schnitzel fingers! And the chicken medallions with pumpkin puree are simply a masterpiece! I recommend!

It was not my first time in the old pottery. I was here a year ago with my sister and partner for dinner. This time we were in a larger group for our 50th ;-) That was wonderful, because I really like the home-style cuisine. Es Every time it was delicious and the staff was very courteous and funny. Just great and when I'm back in Düsseldorf I'll be back. Thank you!

After a long time we tried again. Either you don't need it or, I don't know. Long wait, food, well, and expensive in comparison. Attempt failed.

Very tasty, home-style cooking. Reasonable prices. Very nice service. Cozy rustic ambience with style. In summer you can also dine outside. There are a few children's dishes. All in all a very recommendable place. Thank you for the delicious food.

Very nice beer garden with excellent food! The portions are reasonable for the price, but the drink prices for drinks other than beer are relatively high! Juice spritzers in particular are disproportionately expensive. The service was good!

Very appealing family-friendly garden restaurant with a Mediterranean flair and children's play area. Home-style cuisine and charming service - highly recommended despite the annoying aircraft noise from the nearby airport.

We have eaten here several times and were always satisfied. There are simple dishes for the small budget to expensive delicacies. The rooms are rustic and suitable for small celebrations. Thanks for every nice evening we were there.

So far, so good ... but not very cheap for the location, as the planes fly over your head in the garden (north runway airport DUS) 🤫 But otherwise very tasty and therefore recommended for those who like the aircraft noise does not bother 😉

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and the food was well prepared. The only disturbing thing was the wasps in the courtyard. We will definitely come by again.

A nice place. Great beer garden. Very attentive service. Varied menu, which also offers small snacks to accompany the beer. For airplane fans, class is the proximity to the airport, directly in the extension of the runway.

The price for the offer is already relatively high, even for Düsseldorf standards. I ordered a salad with goat cheese for € 15.80. The salad was just a handful of green leaves and a pair of grated carrot. In addition there were 5 hints of thin and tiny slices of goat cheese. Unfortunately I did not get full although I always eat very little. The service is not necessarily friendly but otherwise fine. So, despite the nice beer garden, not necessarily worth a recommendation.

The ambience and the beautiful, well-kept beer garden invite you to linger, even if the old pottery is in the flight path from Düsseldorf Airport. The staff is very friendly, eager and quick, so that you don't have to wait long for your order. The menu is manageable and offers something for every taste. In terms of quality, the dishes are impeccable. The portions are big enough, but maybe a little more expensive. Gladly again.

Emazing tasty food and huge dishes!

Only here blown for a drink, found it above average, € 8.10 for a wine and a jagermeister. You can pin, but only above 10 euros. For the rest, a cozy restaurant.

Very good taste, especially the pig hand and dark beer. The environment is also good. The service is first class. The most important thing is the reasonable price.

Excellent food and service

The service was great and the food even better. I ordered the Zigeuner Schnitzel and it was cooked perfectly. Fries were great as well. I rated it only for stars because they were out of the first three selections I made.

Nice tasty place with excellent traditional local kitchen and beer. They have a nice terrace and big garden where you can observe the landing aircrafts above your head teen meters if they use the right runway for landing for me is a highlight. Highly recommended
